Bea’s seasonal balance classes lead students to discover enduring gentleness within and hear the calling of their own true desires. Her students consistently achieve simple, verifiable improvements of greater comfort and ease in their bodies throughout their day.  Bea’s leadership in yoga practices includes exclusive Enchanted Yoga retreats for individuals, couples and small groups to destinations of natural beauty and power. Bea is also the author of Yoga in a Box, a progressive approach to wellness programs at work for upgrading corporate human resource programs.
