SXSW 2012 is over. Head to the SXSW 2014 Schedule!
Remember the Alamo? No? That's ok, we don't either - which is why our RVSX film crew and Fieldnotes brand notebooks are going to be taking the infamous RVSX bus from Austin to San Antonio so you can take note of all the Alamo has to offer. Want to come? We have room for 10, and all the Pop Chips and Jones Soda you can eat and drink - all we ask is that you donate to the Women with Drive foundation to hold your spot.
We're leaving Austin March 13th at 9:30am from the corner of Red River and Caesar Chavez Rd, right behind the convention center. We will get to the Alamo around 11:30am where we will spend a few hours checking out what exactly Santa Anna, Jim Bowie and Davie Crocket were up to all those years ago. We will leave San Antonio by 2 and be back to Austin by 4pm.
Come on, you know you want to Remember the Alamo.
The Women with Drive Foundation is a NFP that helps women get back on their feet by giving them the literal and figurative vehicle to do so. Your investment makes a direct difference in the lives of the participants! Your generosity provides the immediate relief from transportation costs, giving them the opportunity to focus on helping them help themselves. The funds collected will go toward support services, training and vehicle maintenance costs for our participants. You are making a difference!
$5 pays for a gallon of gas $30 pays for an oil change $100 pays for a complete tune-up. Any amount is welcome and appreciated!
