Award-winning Canadian band Arkells are a five piece rock band from Hamilton, Ontario. In 2008 they released their first full-length record titled, Jackson Square. The debut album sold over 20,000 copies in Canada and the lead single 'Oh! The Boss is Coming" landed in the top-ten at radio. In October 2011, Arkells released their sophomore album, Michigan Left, on Universal Music Canada. The album, mixed by Grammy Award winning Jack Joseph Puig, debuted in the top 5 on iTunes and the lead single "Whistleblower" has steadily been topping charts at radio.
