First introduced by a mutual friend, vocalist Coco O., and multi-instrumentalist/producer Robin Hannibal had immediate chemistry. “As soon as I met her I knew she was special.” Robin says of their first encounter. “She could sing the phonebook and make it sound good.” Dubbing themselves Quadron, as a respectful nod to both of their heritages as being ¼ Black, the two began making waves across various taste-making blogs. It was only a matter of time before the Danish duo was picked up by Los Angeles –based Plug Research Music and introduced to the stateside audience.
