Christine Cox is President of ChristineCox|PR, a full service communications business focusing on public and media relations.With nearly 20 years of experience, Cox worked for the Castano Tobacco Litigation as the Media Relations Director in New Orleans. The national consortium was comprised of 65 law firms heading a massive class action suit against 13 tobacco companies and distributors and another against gun manufacturers and distributors. This gave her a wide range of experience in building relationships with both the media and the audience within a controversial arena. Cox has been published in over a dozen journals and magazines. She also has experience with non-profits; she's served on several boards, was an executive administrator for a non-profit, and has handled public relations campaigns for not for-profit entities. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Louisiana State Unitversity, is a former disc jockey + on-air talent.
