As a Senior Product Manager for Bing, Jacquelyn Krones brings more than a decade of experience in defining online strategies as both a consumer researcher and a project team leader. Her powerful insights into consumer drives and motivations--derived from her research combined with deep industry experience, background in social psychology, and a delight in new insights-- have shaped the Bing brand and product direction. Before joining Microsoft, Jacquelyn led online application development in health care, commerce, banking, and entertainment. She has published academic research in heterosexual attraction and cognitive bias.
