As founder and chief executive officer of uStudio Inc., Jen Grogono leads the company’s vision and strategy for its innovative virtual studio offering and its cloud-based video management and distribution technologies. In 2006, Ms Grogono co-founded On Networks, where she served as President and Chief Content Officer, pioneering new forms of digital programming and any-screen, any-device distribution, while partnering with blue-chip brands, marketing agencies and a virtual team of worldwide content creators. Prior to On Networks, Ms. Grogono spent more than 15 years building and implementing strategic marketing and integrated communications programs across a range of technology, consumer and public service organizations. Ms. Grogono served as vice president of corporate marketing for Motive Inc. (now Alcatel), where she handled pre- and post-IPO marketing, public relations and investor communications. She held GM and executive management positions at Porter Novelli, an Omnicom-owned worldwide communications firm; Kurion, a digital content and application syndication company (acquired by iSyndicate, now Yellowbrix); and Lois Paul & Partners.
