Jennifer Crystal has 15 years success in building and leading innovative and successful recruiting programs that attract and secure top industry talent. As the Director of Talent Acquisition for Opower, a frontrunner in home energy management software, she is driving a cutting-edge recruiting strategy to support Opower’s globally expanding business. Prior to joining Opower, Jennifer built and managed North American recruiting operations for Sapient Global Markets, a leading consultancy within the capital and commodity markets. She also drove recruiting teams at other IT consultancy giants, CGI and Ciber. She has a proven track record of managing cross-functional, globally-matrixed teams to achieve both aggressive and fluctuating recruiting needs. Jennifer is an active member in the Thought Leadership Institute (TLI) and the Talent Acquisition Leadership Council (TALC), DC’s leading association for corporate recruiting leadership. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Mary Baldwin College in Asian Studies and currently resides in Washington, D.C.
