Sean Safreed is co-founder of Red Giant Software, and a 16-year veteran of the computer graphics industry. The company started with 2 products and has since grown to offer more than 50 products with a team that spans the United States, Canada, and China. Before founding Red Giant in 2002, he worked on the Apple's QuickTime team managing QuickTime VR and QuickDraw 3D technologies. At Silicon Graphics' he lead efforts to add innovative video features to the companies PC hardware systems. At Puffin Designs, he worked as a product manager on Commotion, a ground-breaking video paint application that originated at Industrial Light and Magic. Expertise: * Product Design including numerous tools and features for video and mobile applications * Web Development including building AJAX tools and user experiences * Graphics including 20 years of knowledge working in Photoshop, and now Lightroom * Video including color correction, and graphics in After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and many more * Graphics Processing including algorithm development and hardware adaption for GPUs * Photography including landscape work with many 35mm systems from Canon, and Nikon
